Theodore (Ted) Wogan grew up in the small town of Klamath Falls, Oregon. Ted initially got an undergraduate degree in exercise science and outdoor leadership. He worked as a climbing and mountaineering guide for two years until he decided to go into the medical field.
He attended nursing school at Oregon Health and Science University’s campus in Southern Oregon. After graduation, Ted worked as a registered nurse at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center for six years: two years working in Critical Care, and four years in the Emergency room. Ted eventually became a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner after going to school at Frontier Nursing University. He returned to the RRMC’s Emergency room to start his career as a Nurse Practitioner where he practiced for two years before transitioning to cardiology.
Ted loves Southern Oregon, and on his days off you can find him whitewater kayaking down a local river, skiing in the Cascades, or mountain biking on local trails. Ted looks forward to meeting you and helping you with your cardiology needs.
