Erin Kemp is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Erin earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Southern Oregon University in 2008. She then earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oregon Health Science University in Ashland, Oregon, in 2011. As a registered nurse, she worked for Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center Heart Center, caring for acutely ill cardiac patients in the hospital setting.

In 2012, Erin joined Southern Oregon Cardiology as a Registered Nurse to help assist in chronic cardiac disease management in the outpatient setting. In 2019, She contributed to the opening and launch of the Heart Care Clinic at Southern Oregon Cardiology, which focuses on collaborative-focused care for Congestive Heart Failure patients.

In 2023, Erin earned a Master in Nursing from Gonzaga University, graduating with honors from the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. During her graduate program, she completed hundreds of clinical hours and developed advanced assessment, diagnostics, treatment plan development, and disease management skills. With over a decade of experience in cardiac nursing, Erin’s expertise and compassion are evident in her dedication to providing evidence-based, high-quality, patient-centered care. She is particularly passionate about improving the quality of life for her patients and finds great fulfillment in working with them through their cardiac health journey.
